Descriptive note

  The file includes plans of Bathurst Island, Father Gsell’s 1909 application for proclamation of a Reserve for the establishment of a mission, various proclamations of Aboriginal Reserves on the Island, and correspondence from the Chief Protector, Western Australia, about controlling cattle killing in the Kimberleys.
