A member of the public/family member has provided the following information about this item.

Jimmy and his wife Pat were in Canberra for the launch of their first book ‘Jilji’ – Life in the Great Sandy Desert’. It was launched by Lois O’Donahue, as she then was, Director of ATSIC. Jimmy and his wife were then invited to the Nolan Gallery, Lanyon, ACT and the image is of Jimmy on the grounds of Lanyon Homestead.
