Descriptive note

The cartoon features a 'speech bubble' spoken by R G Casey, Treasurer, that says "Write down the following: -"In promulgating your esoteric cogitations, or articulating superfluous sentimentalities or amicable, physiological observations, beware of platitudinous ponderosities. Let you extermporaneous decantings and unpremeditated expatiations have intelligibility, veracious vivacity...". In addition, below the cartoon is additional text in pencil that reads: "The Treasurer (Mr Casey) has strong views on correct spelling in Commonwealth Government documents."
